Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. After your payment is verified, we aim to process all orders within 2 business days. Standard shipping times typically range from 2 to 8 business days within Australia, depending on your location. At this time, we only ship within Australia and unfortunately do not offer international shipping. Standard or express shipping can be chosen and calculated at checkout. 

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times begin from the date of shipment. All orders include automatic tracking, and your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You can easily track your order’s progress until it reaches you. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery timeline.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@booksbyeve.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
